This toner helps skin retain the nutrients in the Jeju organic carrot - paired & to be used after the SKINFOOD Carrot Carotene Balancing Cleansing Foam.

How to use

AM/PM Regimen

- After cleansing, take an adequate amount of product and apply to the skin.
